I have gone through a few bags of the Peruvian ceremonial cacao and am very impressed with the quality of this product . I drink it twice a day and even in the evening this cacao doesn’t impact my sleep negatively . On the contrary I find myself more relaxed and clear in my mind . If you are wanting the purest cocoa this is what you’re looking for. Start by adding a small amount of water with the cocoa over medium heat and make a paste by stirring. When it’s smooth ( which takes about a minute) add more of your favorite liquid. So good and creamy.

I am very pleased with the quality of the cacao. I have tried several others, but there weren;t nearly as good as Koracao's chocolate. I am noticing how much better I feel throughout the day, and it is becoming a daily ritual for me at the end of my day as a high school teacher. Much appreciated!
